I have a question for anyone who cares to answer. There are a lot of allegations on Twitter by all different races that this was a clear sign of the officer being a racist. I say that there is no evidence to prove that the deputy was actually being a racist but there is obviously proof that the deputy is clearly wrong. From what I heard the Oakland fans are die hard fans and take their Oakland pride to a whole other level when it comes to their teams. This could have been a fan who was upset about his team losing the finals at home while 2 of their key players wasn't present. Also, when KD got the achilles injury the fans laughed and cheered with joy. Maybe the deputy didn't appreciate that and decided to make matters in his own hands. Please no insults or name calling. If the policeman is not lawfully investigating the crime on behalf of the male/female victim and is entering YOUR company jurisdiction without you summonsing them, then would it not be advisable to be politely placing YOUR public-servants/trustees under your notification that you charge $911 per hour for your time spent in their company and also $666 for YOUR performance.... and that any further communicating with you, is with them accepting the terms & conditions of the commercial contract IN THE PRIVATE (the cop ALAN STRICKLAND and their CHIEF and their POLICE UNION is now with PERSONAL liability.... because Notice-to-Agent-is-Notice-to-Principal...and also through JOINDER...and they also lose their qualified immunity)
This way, you are NOT resisting/refusing to obey/comply with their orders/demands/policy /questions, because you are now willing to perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with you immediately, because you have NO CONFIDENCE with them administrating YOUR company trust!
