Metro 2033 Redux: Library Walkthrough

This stupid boring level made me decide to quit the game. No fun factor anymore.

I fucking hate these silver back gorillas on 17 kilos of Peruvian cocaine, these things piss me off so much, like ones second everything will be fine, and the next your randomly getting your ass whooped by one of these things, this level was so god damn hard and I wish it would just cease to exist

Bruh I just played this level for the first time and killed every single one. I had no clue I didn't have to fight them

Idk if it's just me but I felt like I was speedrunning when I was on this part. It was honestly easy as you can just keep on running

i forced my way trough killing every librarian except the black one 10/10 level

Metro 2033 became the scariest among the other two because of this level.

Really enjoyed this level. I do think its funny how the game literally TELLS you how to deal with these guys beforehand but apparently that still wasn't enough for a lot of people. Gotta love those attention spans.

this game is mortifying. ive never been this scared avoiding combat. The backwards walking and stumbling into everything fits the fear and panic so well it makes it very immersive

Nah this has to be the easiest walkthrough, you literally got close to none encounters with those fucking monkeys

bro I remember this stage. I didn't know you could stare them down, literally the entire time I was in that area, I was just running in circles trying to get rid of 2-3 librarians chasing me down. I did manage to beat it though.

the fact that i didnt knew you could just stare at the librarian and they will leave cuz i didnt listen to miller properly and i was shooting all of them goddamn they took all of my bullets and still there where soo many remaining this part seriously scared the shit otta me

Lol don't know why people are so scared. You can literally kill one of these things with two sticky bombs. And you can find these on deadbodies in the library everywhere.

I ragequitted after killing 4 of these motherfuckers before running out of everything just to get killed by a 5th one😒😒😒

I'm about to drop the game because of this level, first of all it's kinda too scary for my coward ass and secondly, the librarians keep attacking me after eye contact no matter what, I can't even get past the second one😢

Yooo what the heck, in my game, no matter how still I stand, they always get agitated and attack me. I've never gotten them to just walk away.

I love how they do the shrug after you stare them down, like "You get that im in charge here?! Yeah?! Aight, I guess we're cool.

Man WTF I had no idea they were friendly, I kept running away from them or tried to shoot them.

i pussyed out and killed them all bc i was so scared but that moment of relief once you get past the level

Well, looks like they are real Librarians after all. As long as you stay quiet and docile they let you be.

All you need are some spike grenades, 2 are enough to kill the mutant. Throw it on short range to be sure it will hit.

Man, I had no idea you just had to stare at them. Miller’s audio skipped and I missed his explanation of what to do with them. So when he was like “remember what I said about the beasts”, I was like…. What? So I struggled to sneak by for an hour for the first 2 rooms and gave up to look it up. Can’t believe they gave the solution to this part in an audio file that is skippable if the script goes too fast lmao.

Oh how I wanted to hug and kiss the demons after I got out of this library...

I wasn't aware of that I took me hours to fight all of them.

I discovered that incindiary grenades are the weak point of the monsters in there but I just don't know where to go even with the stupid compass. I hate this level

Glad I went into this level with the quadruplet w a laser sight and 5 sticky’s. A few headshots or 2 bombs and they drop

XD in my gameplay i was fighting with anyone. Every liberian was dead in my gameplay. I wasn t thinking is that posible to be sneaky XD
