Hello Igor, I have been watching your videos. Thanks for all your efforts. I hear of more job offers to candidate from outside Canada to IT, healthcare, truck driving related job roles. From my job search as an accountant, I noticed 100% of the employers seeking candidate the accounting/finance roles are requesting for only candidate already in Canada. This implies the chance is extremely narrow getting interview/job offers in similar roles from outside Canada. I have observed same experience with all other job offer depended PR pathways like RNIP, Yukon Community Pilot to mention a few. Kindly let me hear your view if to consider making efforts to save huge for express entry pathway even if my age (39) advantage is declining. Awaiting your candid response as usual.
