You are misguiding your potential customers. In all of these promotion videos of Canyon Ultimate and Aeroad, where you feature pro-athletes, you are equipping these bikes with much longer stems than the bikes that you are selling on your website. A medium-sized frame in both models comes with a 100mm stem, which is way too short for most riders. The overall reach (reach+stem length) ends up ~2cm shorter than other brands in almost all sizes. That's why in most review videos, riders look cramped up on short reach. Furthermore, it is impossible to buy the cockpit with a longer stem from Canyon. So, your customer is stuck with the very short stem the bike comes with. You are selling bikes on which one of the most basic bike-fit adjustment is not possible, even at the expense of the customer.

Mein 2006 Cervelo ist steifer leichter und hat eine besser Lackierung als die Canyons von heute. Ich hab schon ein Speedmax Schrottrad-Fahrer mehrmals damit abgezogen. Das einzige was es besser kann ist bremsen aber wer bremst verliert.
