Celestron Handheld Digital Microscope Pro Product Overview

Muy bueno y economico.

Got mine today for my 70th birthday. Hooked it up and played with it a bit. Seems to be a great microscope. I'll play around some more tomorrow.

Do you know of any app where I can use the Celestron 44308 with an Android tablet and OTG device?

Alguien sabe de donde puedo bajar el software para utilizar el microscopio? Mi computadora no lo reconoce!

My experiance is the software still does not work with windows 10 (as of Sept. 2018) ,

a alguien le pasa que no le detecte el microscopio?, ya instale el programa pero me sale la leyenda que no lo esta conectado , mas sin embargo la luz del microscopio si esta encendida.

Is this compatible with the recent (Feb 2020) Mac 64bit OS?

I bought this to use with coins, pretty much useless, cannot get full larger coins in the pic as scope cannot be adjusted high enough, also the adjustable lighting feature reflects off the coin. Would need to use indirect lighting. I'm sure it is good for other non-reflective items but did not work for my application.

Hooked it up per instructions, downloaded capture software from the Celestron site. App opens and pop up says No device detected. The handheld digital microscope is connected and lights up but the app does not see it. Restarted computer after installing software and still will not recognize the scope is connected. Will have to return to Amazon if I cannot get it to work. Very disappointed with this.

LED light reflection is a major issue with this

Does not function with Win 7, despite repeated email exchanges with Celestron, and multiple installs and removals of different revisions to their MicroCapture software/drivers. Just says "no device detected".
It does work fine on Win XP and Win 10.
