Browner just a tip in “calves” ur not meant to pronounce the “L” so it’s pronounced carves but Ik it’s hard for u so u don’t need to worry about just a tip.

ОтветитьWhen I was in marching band we had to do these every day for warmup. We would have to keep our feet together, and do up 2 3 4 down 2 3 4. We would increase the number by 4 every rep and would have to hold for a certain amount. So we did up 2 3 4 down 2 3 4, up 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 down 2 3 4, up 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 down 2 3 4 and so on. They were much harder than these and actually did train your calves more.

ОтветитьIm a 15 yr old fat kid but used to do taekwondo and i have to say my calves are still bigger than all of yours and i haven't worked my calves since taekwondo so like 4 yrs ago hahahha

I have a flat feet since i’m kid and the doctor told me to do this exercise that you are doing and i hate it, but after i saw this video you really inspired me and i’m doing 500 a day!
