Thank you very much for your help, but I have a question. Why does it only work for excel 2013, with other version it does not work.

If I delete any sheet or add new sheet, the list is not getting updated until I go to the cell and do enter manually... It is not working through Calculate sheet option which refresh the formulas in the respective sheet
