Why is my 2nd ancient vessel not there?

Omg wtf. Would be nice if people making these videos would show you how they make it to the location

I hate that i resorted to this, but that 2nd vessel was impossible to find. I could have sworn that the river was outside of the vessel location radius, but maybe I was wrong. Great video btw.
