i kept taking breaks and falling during the workout. THIS BURNED. ima keep doin this 2x a day on mondays and thrusdays until i can do it with no breaks😁

hey yall, i have a hard time staying motivated, so im going to do the day one thing, here it is
day 1: weight:109 pounds, did it and it was soo hard
day 2: weight: 190, legs are shakinggg :/
day 3: weight: 109, burned but it was easier 🤭

imo it was as intense as I had to take a moment and walk it off in the breaks 😭(i had like 5 second pauses in all of them💀)
