What is the temperature of your processor under normal conditions?

I have HP EliteBook 745 g5 laptop and it literally has the same specs as yours
16 GB of RAM
Same CPU
Same GPU
Same dedicated VRAM
Same shared GPU memory

and it can't run most of these games as yours
CSGO runs on 25 fps
Minecraft runs on 80fps and usually drops to 60 or 40fps (not smooth)
How do I make my laptop run these games as good as yours ?

Is it much fps loss on ryzen 5 pro 2500u 16 gb ram but only single channel? I get thinkpad a285 and there's no free ram slot to add more. Or better option will be i5 8250u 16 gb dual channel with uhd 620
