Questions from the question paper that is arrivel time of P1,p4 are 0 so in gantt chart P1 comes Frist after P1 ,p4 will be there or not because both process has same arrivel time

in exam paper we hhave priority rather than arival time for sjf fcfs and rr and non preemptive priority how we can solve this
