Where'd you get the 3d model for the video thumbnail?
ОтветитьJust wondering how you Blender guys do debug your rigs without Graph? How you add extra functionality to it without re-compiling entire Blender?
ОтветитьThe simple answer: yeah.

ОтветитьSo is Blender better than Modo in animation?
Ответить“Animation is it good?” is not English. Please stop destroying the language.
ОтветитьWhen SFM takes 4 hours to install, blender takes 9 minutes
ОтветитьI am a student of animation who primarily uses maya. Seeing that I can't use it commercially I have decided to shift to blender. What I did learning in maya is started with the basics, then went to modeling basics, sculpting, rigging and the to animation. Should I take it step by step in blender as well or should I focus only on animation.

ОтветитьSongs of war: I am born from Blender
ОтветитьGood sir
ОтветитьYou’re videos really inspired me to pick up blender and I’ve been doing really good. Other videos provide the nuts and bolts of the program but your videos I listen to before
Bed to give me that extra motivation when I get discouraged. Thank you!
Awesome video, thank you very much
ОтветитьWith Resident Evil 2, you really don't have to spend all your time shooting down zombies, it's far easier and far more conservative of resources to learn how to avoid the enemies.
ОтветитьOf course it is. The fact that is used for really known big production companies prove it. But this is like comparing a pc with a mac. Everybody uses a pc, because of.. reasons and because people is dumb. As simple as that.
ОтветитьAny softwares are good. The point is what our goal and our skills both art skill and the software skill
ОтветитьIt depends...Maya is still better in that than blender...blender still wasnt able to catch up in important fields of animation after 2.8
ОтветитьI’m new to this ... I’d like to know if it works on iPad pro ?
Ответить"Cooomershal" learn how to pronounce ass*&ole
ОтветитьAnyone know of any good animation add one?
ОтветитьThanks for informative videos!
ОтветитьУ, сюка. Ругает наш родненький блендер.
ОтветитьI heard getting a job in this field is almost impossible.
ОтветитьI hope more studios will integrate blender in their animation pipeline. I also hope blender will rethink their rigging system and add non liniar/node editor like in maya for complex rigging.
ОтветитьThe answer is it's overly qualified
ОтветитьVery nice
ОтветитьI was hoping for some commentary on Blender´s handling of motion capture.
As far as I have seen there aren´t many Mo-cap editing features in there and the amount of detail makes blender´s playback suffer quite a bit in performance.
The question is :-Are you good enough to use blender????
ОтветитьI've done animation professionally over 12 years now and I want to underline that I'm really not a Maya, or MoBu, fanboy. I would be so happy to change away from Maya and MoBu, and thus I've been lately looking into Blender as well as Houdini. By far the biggest Achille's heel of Blender is its rigging tools/framework (including skinning). They're way, way behind anything the main competition offers atm, and like someone here already meantioned earlier - dated. And the animation tools, as well as the perf, aren't the best in the class either (quite cumbersome to use and there's not even real animation layers for example), but I think they're "good enough". But the rigging... I hope it'll be getting tons of love in the near future, as I feel it's the main reason bigger studios are on the fence. That's also the main part why I've not decided not to use any more time on evaluating Blender as our potential animation tool, until something big happens on that front.
That said, there are a lot of things other than animation I absolutely love in Blender 2.8x.

Still not completely clear for me. Is Blender good for the physics simulation? I mean not engineering, but nice visualization like water, rigid and soft body dynamics etc. I have seen some amazing videos made in Bleder and it hypnotizing.
ОтветитьAnd Always remember, Blender is less than 150mb but kicking ass out of other softwares which are GBs in size.
ОтветитьYes but not for FX expecially video game FX
ОтветитьTo be honest, I like animating in blender quite a lot
ОтветитьI love blender and i pay money to the development every month, but I think the animation workflow in blender is cancer.
It's truly the most backwards system I've ever used.
And I don't even do anything complex, I make relatively simple character animations for games.
Moving forward I will stay with blender for modelling and sculpting, but I'm looking for another software to animate with.
Blender don't allow you to connect anything to anything. In Maya you can connect anything to anything. Node editors help you view connection between objects. Sadly blender doesn't any of these facilities.
ОтветитьHow to rig like this plz reply
