"Mystery Airship" Sightings, 1896 - 1897

The more accounts I hear the less any hypothesis makes sense other than Vallee’s ultraterrestrial theory. There seems to be credible accounts that are not physically possible and/or self-contradictory. Whatever the truth is, some of the characteristics of the phenomena seems to be the ability to alter the observer’s perception and/or the ability to manifest and de-manifest physical objects at will. Radar has picked up some, as well as indentations in the ground and higher levels of radiation detected around the sites.

I do wonder if the government has been able to learn anything or has any insights on the source. It’s so mind boggling.

It might be that UFOs were often donations and connected to our technological development. So that we can somehow reengineer them at a certain point. Our technological development in microchips, smartphones, etc might be the result of UFO crashes. That's at least what some insiders like Diane Pasulka and others say.

I looked up this video because I'm reading John Keel's "Operation Trojan Horse" which devotes a fair few pages to this subject. As much as I'm open to his and Vallee's ideas though, these sightings can all be explained with the airship technology of the time. They had been in existence for over 20 years by the time this flap occurred.

A friend of mine told me the story of the Aurora Texas airship crash that his father witnessed on April 17, 1897.
Since there was so little debris left over after the object hit the windmill, there wasn't much to bury which leads to the idea that it was actually an airship.
