ОтветитьcheerS just showed me what id messed up putting the trap back together job done!
ОтветитьThank you! Saved me and my boyfriend from our leaking bathroom sink
ОтветитьSo British , straight to the point , no bull****, back story about your mission statement or any other rubbish you have to listen to before you get to the meat. Just like a mate telling you. keep it up
ОтветитьThanks. Just what I needed👍
ОтветитьWhat is the name of the plastic compression fitting that goes onto the bottom of a metal flange and could you do a video on this , including showing them in place. Hold Tight :-)
ОтветитьOmg thank you so much! I just replaced the garbage disposal under my kitchen sink and one of the connections kept leaking... Turns out I didn't have those rubber gaskets installed correctly. You're a lifesaver... I was so ticked cause after all my hard work I thought I'd have to call a plumber in after all!
Although... If plumbers here in the states were as handsome as you I wouldn't have minded calling one in haha....
ek tu hi nirankar main teri sharna mainu baksh lo
ОтветитьSimple explanation!!! Thank you !
Ответитьnice one
ОтветитьIronically I am watching this while watching the aussies kick england's butt in the 2019 4th test match hahahaha.
ОтветитьYOU HAVE SAVED MY LIFE
ОтветитьMany thanks, invaluable information for a numpty like me.
ОтветитьNow I know why my undersink plumbing job was drippy. Did it wrong. All fixed!
Ответитьthanks very helpful
ОтветитьThank you! Survived first plumbing disaster after dad passed away and we had no idea what to do to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. Luckily Pop had all the tools in a very neat shed :)
ОтветитьThat worked thanks!
ОтветитьPerhaps you can tell me WHY does every place I live in in my many many years end up at some point with connection coming apart without any physical reasons?? Never seemed to be an issue with places that had metal pipes. Just had to worry about rusted holes back then. Probably have just dated myself...LOL! I have learned to always check my connections when I move to a new place...but eventually...I get caught unawares months to years later with a leak...and on inspection...the pipe is either completely un-connected OR so loose as to be soon to be unconnected?? Should one set an alarm to check all connectors at a certain time interval?? I always am disgusted with myself in not thinking about it...then disaster happens and I end up with problems with water. I was told my a landlords maintenance man that this was normal for plastic pipes...but it is stupid IMHO to need to repair water damage cause plastic pipes "normally" come apart when they want to.
ОтветитьThanks - just what was needed to double check where I was going wrong!
ОтветитьSo grateful! This is the clearest instruction i have found. Been doing things wrong. going to go and do it again now!
ОтветитьHaha great intro
ОтветитьMy second-hand home was missing the tapered rubber seal, just having the anti-slip washer. It was totally confusing. I just cleaned it out a couple of hours ago and it's not leaking, but certainly not very reliable! One bump to the j-trap and it's all over. Look's like I need a trip to buy a tapered seal! I'm glad you had this simple video. Thanks!
ОтветитьYour videos can be very helpful. Especially when you're not being silly.
Ответитьjust fixed my kitchen sink from watching this! Brilliant thanks
ОтветитьGreat vid thanks will check out other vids too
ОтветитьWhy is that anti slip thing needed? I've never seen here in the US but i'm not a plumber, its just pvc and washer , does it have an official name?
ОтветитьOh my goodness, after pulling the pipework apart under the sink to clear a blockage and then putting the pipework back together, couldn't figure out why the joint was then leaking badly... thanks so much for your video, straight away I could see why, have put the connection back on properly, no leaks!! 😊
ОтветитьThank you - i worked out where I went wrong - no more leaks!
ОтветитьBest start to a plumbing video ever.
ОтветитьGreat help for ordinary folk when leaks happen. The dishwasher outlet pipe came off so I had a go at fixing it myself. Just one thing. I had the black O seal thingy upside down after it fell out, so couldn't screw the fitting tight until I realised. . Great videos. I've watched lots of them to help me understand what plumbers do on my house and to try and fix problems myself.
Ответить💓🙏🇺🇸
ОтветитьThank you soooooooooooooo very much this was very helpful.
ОтветитьBig thank you!
ОтветитьThank you, kind Sir. Your video just helped me fix my loose compression seal leak.
ОтветитьNice and to the point, thanks! 👍🏻👏🏻
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьLife saver 🙌
ОтветитьTHANK you.
Now I can put everything back together :)
Hooray for the internet figuring out what I meant, without knowing any of the correct words.
Thanks you save me £99 today, fix it myself🤞🏽
ОтветитьThis saved me 200 quid
ОтветитьBetter than the cricket 😂
ОтветитьWatching in 2024 and England still bad at cricket
ОтветитьMetal always wins! Thank you for this video!
Ответить13 year old video just saved my life. Trying to put my sink pipes back together after unblocking them with a cable... they were leaking, I had assembled the nut and seals incorrectly
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьWhere do you get the anti slip collar and tapered compression seal from please?….thanks Dave
ОтветитьThank you for taking the time to shore us how plumbing works!!
