Any technical proof that this is the best cable for money except the fact that you combine claimed best products to create a home-made, very persuasive-looking anaconda-size speaker cable?

The wires used inside the speakers aren't this so-called good.

I'm a little confused on the effective gauge. 2x12awg is effective gauge of 10awg based on online calculators. Would it not be cheaper just to buy 10awg wire? 6awg would be if all 4 were combined into a single wire in terms of effective gauge? Am i missing something?

For my B & W 706 s2 I am looking for cables around 6 feet in length . What would you recommend mogami 3104 - Bi-wired or mogami 2972 Bi-wired. Note b & w suggest to do bi-wiring.

BTW. any reason why you don't use the Y shape shrink sleeves at the Base of the cable?.. they look pretty nice too... Cheers

better option is Supra cable 6mm x2, copper is covered in tin which is better than silver, and no oxygenation occour.

The gauge of the cable should be determined by the distance from the amplifier to the speaker.

Thank you for the tutorial - one question, the banane plugs you now advice (viborg vb 401) can only accept a 4mm cable 😅 how can it match with the 2 wires of the Mogami cable ? In that case it would be better to use the Mogami 3103 with only 1 wire per banana ?
Thanks in advance for your reply

what he did wrong is double the wire up.... theres no need for that. what you do is cut the casing back expose the 4 smaller cables... remove the casing from each. get your banana plug withought the outter casing... place it in the middle of the 4 wires and wrap the 4 cables around the bananna plug. If you need to solder it. then wrap in electrical tape then shrink wrap it... Or if you have big balls you can cut the casing of all the wires until you just have copper and get a giant sleeve for that lol.

I really appreciate and respect your enthusiasm for audio, but no, I'll respectively and completely disagree with you. Voltage and current requirements of the typical household 2 speaker or any variant in-between that and a full blown 7.1 surround AV system is much less than what was made here. Plus, the contact surface of those bananna plugs you inserted into your speakers is not anywhere near the same as the ridiculous amount of copper you just placed in front of them, so there is your bottleneck of energy.

In your experience, I know that ultrasonically welded cables are stronger and can handle more force when pulling, but is there any sonic enhancements versus just using a locking or screw cap banana plug by itself?

@TharBamar I've heard in one of your videos when putting together I think it was speaker cable, you stated that I don't need the ends.. where the screw goes on top of the banana pull up. Is that because some of the screws are magnetic? Or if you can please enlighten me. Thank you

You are my soul mate maximizing conductivity to speakers - that keeps damping high.

TIP: I wear gloves to prevent any contact and contamination of conductors & materials touching same.

You make many different length cuts, strippings, etc but don’t mention them during the process. Please list the above in a reply.

Also does that cable come in 10 gauge? I’d like to do the same for my 3-way tri-amped towers’ woofers. Long story for another day 😂

Snake oil. You in no way need 6 gauge wire for the amount of currant used in home audio. And pure copper is pure copper. Nothing you can do to it or call it that changes that fact.
