Can i use this app in real life flying?

I rarely find subscribtions worth it. But Navigraph is worth it. 100%>

Hi everyone....my name is Maple066, it all started about 3 months ago. I admit to and am a Navigraph user.....

With the exception to charts and in plane integration I think Little Nav Map is superior to the Navigraph Charts. With little Nav Map you get live traffic around you and it's far more customizable. The only downside is you don't get the plates, but it's hard to argue with free if you're using a second monitor to run your mapping anyway.

I perfer For Flight.

I’ve had a Navigraph subscription since the beginning. I can’t flight sim without it.

Navigraph subscription is a requirement, IMO. No having to go search for charts that may or not be current.

A Navigraph subscription is just as important as having health insurance!

I had trouble getting Navigraph to update in the Mac version of X-Plane 11. I’m sure things are better in X-Plane 12. Will try again soon.

As someone who absolutely hates paying for subscriptions, I have no problems paying for my Navigraph subscription. To me it is absolutely worth paying for, if you don't believe me then use it for a year then go back to not using it and you will immediately wish you had it back. What they are asking for what they provide is definitely worth the cost.

Like others that have already said, personally the best and most important add-on I’ve purchased! And, unlike some other purchases, the upgrades and improvements just keep coming, WX for instance. The Navigraph team are really on the ball when it comes to integrating their product into new real ease aircraft too - recently the ATR 😊

Now where shall I fly today - away from the constant rain that’s falling at home - EGCC!

I use SimBrief and I love it

I think it’s always been worth the money, but after the latest updates, more than ever. It’s just fantastic, especially now that you have the interface on simbrief as well

It is a personal decision, but I am extremely happy with my subscription.

Do you think its worth while showing how you prepare your streams using Simbrief and Navigraph?

I tried Navigraph last year, may need to have another look.

The only negative is that it doesn’t have an offline mode. At least you can export the charts to PDF.

I know it’s intended for sim use but Id still like to be sure it still works if my internet connection were to go down during a flight. Does it cache anything?

Whilst MSFS pretty much needs a full connection, XPlane works much better when offline.

I’m currently comparing it to EasyVFR4 which is a real world pilot tool that can also be used for sims (with xmapsy). I’m leaning more to Navigraph though primarily due to cost.

My navigraph subscription is probably the best money I spend on flight simming, between the airac updates and the charts it just makes life so much easier.

I don't see how a video with that question in the title can last longer than about 5 seconds, of which 1 second is the intro, 3 seconds to announce the question "Is it worth paying for?" and 1 second to answer "yes"

I may come back to it after watching this video, but since I have a working RXP GTN and mostly fly X-Plane I appreciate the moving map with Altitude, AGL, and other configs it gives me. I, at the time (3 months up to a couple weeks ago) couldn't find justification of the cost. Maybe you'll change my mind as we go here...

I thoroughly enjoy using Navigraph . The charts and WX add on expands my Situation awareness.

as good as navigraph charts are, i think its a total scam to force ppl to pay 10 bucks a month, they need to lower it
