Kimber Warrior

I’ve owned 2 Kimbers 1911s a warrior, light weight. The Warrior trigger is one of the best. Kimber makes a great pistol for a range gun. Wouldn’t use as my EDC jams every now and then. It is what it is.

Man I've been watching your vids every since I've been shooting it seems like. Anytime I go to consider a gun I usually go to your page first. I own a glock 20 and a kimber cdp pro 2 45acp 1911,the kimber has been more reliable.

I have 3 Kimbers covert 2 pro raptor 2 and grand raptor two tone all run good I use Wilson mags the kimber mags just are not smooth as the Wilson

Kimber is overpriced.

Seeing this vid, put up 11 years ago. Now that I have a channel of my own and now getting a Kimber in a few days. I do have to say @hickok45 you have paved the way for so many. Including a younger me. Keep it going Sir.

I haven’t seen one kimber video where the guns don’t malfunction. Sorry I’m not interested.

My kimber Warrior is a jamomatic!
Been to the factory 2 times. Cost me hundreds of dollars to try to get it fixed. and it still Jams. Buyers beware!!!

Wilson mags feed better than kimber manufacturer mags! If you buy a kimber 1911 buy a few Wilson combat mags!

My Kimber Stainless II has never failed to feed a single round. It digests mostly reloaded ammo, but has digested plenty of factory ammo including hollow points. I look like an ace shot at the range when I pull it out. It’s a fantastic gun.

Some people think Kimber is a rich mans handgun.

My Kimber TLE circa 2008 has always made me look good at the range. It always works. It's my prime carry piece and I feel safe when it's strapped on me. They do require some break in when new. Most finely fitted guns do.

I have a Kimber custom 2 made in 2015 with the walnut grips and ambidextrous safety and been a accurate,reliable gun out of the box.I will say I don’t think Kim coating is very durable and I don’t like the Kimber magazines and use Wilson’s combat magazines and or Cobra magazines as the preferred choice.

It's amazing a weapon design that is extremely safe to Carry cocked and locked, with the flick of your thumb your dumping rounds.
If you drop it nothing happens , the trigger gets snagged nothing happens.
Not untill you aim and shoot will it fire.
Field strip and clean re assemble in hardly no time.
The military dumped thousands of parts in barrels .
The Troops we're to grab their parts and assemble their weapons.
The parts were universal so they could be shared.
The 1911 preformed like the military expected.
It was used in the south Pacific against tribal warriors that would run through a normally handgun and kill the Soldier's with spears etc.
The 1911 hit hard enough to take them off their feet.
My uncle fought in the jungles in WW2.
He would carry nothing else after the war.
So over 110 years after being developed they still serve today
The only upgrade that makes them better is plus P ammo.

Wilson Combat is the only mag I would trust defense.
Range Kimber tac mag is fine.
Your loads do make a difference.

Is PMC ammo factory reloads?
I ran it with a mini 14 back in the 1980s.
My mini would not run reloads other than PMC.

Its a great gun but cleaning it can be hard

Those people that got mixed reviews it's because you stole the kimber's psalms grips made of wood and sold them on eBay
