I wrote a letter, certified to Ka-ma-la Har-ris 4/24 and never received a response. I'm the only Mexican American in history who took the State of Kansas to the District Supreme Court of Kansas by myself. Young mother of 2 daughters. The District Supreme Court violated my right to sue my employer the EEOC gave me. The District Supreme Court committed Perjury Obstruction of Justice, Falsified Federal Documents, Tampered with Federal Records, Deformation of Character, Mental Anguish, Bias, Abuse of Power, Denied a hearing. I wrote the Supreme Court of US and Department of Justice 4/24 and never received a response from either of them. I had to go to the Federal building and they directed me to the National Archives. I mailed certified copies of my case and some of the hardships I went through to the President 6/24. I mentioned that the same thing could happen to him and it did. President Biden went through Age Discrimination for our country to save our country's democracy and freedom ❤️. But all the talk about equality and Justice for all are false statements. I just wanted to support my daughters and held my position for 3.5 years and no notice my job was in jeopardy. I was asked to train 2 White students my State job duties and my job duties were given to the 2 White students. I went to the EEOC office and received a letter, Right to Sue. It was missing, DETERMINATION from the case records at National Archives. I took the State of Kansas to State and Federal courts and the Federal Judge signed a Pretrial Judgment for 100K, lost wages and the return of the lower paying job I worked for to support my daughters. I'm not voting for a Convicted Felon Gangster, Racist, Rapist but I'm voting for the circus and chaos to end and for the Troops who fought and died for our country's democracy and freedom. I want to expose that our government is corrupt at all levels and you can see the truth in the National Archives.
