As beloved and revered as your dad was, your music is so full and interesting in its own right and you've honed your craft well. I'm so enjoying all the music you're putting out. I know you won’t read this but I went to go see your band live a month back! You have the same talent as your father had, and I’m glad you’re letting it out there for us all to hear! To say that I don’t admire you would be a lie, I truly think you are an amazing soul. This song makes me feel emotional very much. I’m still a teenager, and I’m still learning a lot about life, and it’s amazing how much your music has helped me through even my worst days. This is a great tribute to your very talented, kind father. You are an absolute legend, and I’m inspired by you. Once again, you may not read this, but I wanted to say it either way. It’s definitely a new sound for what we all know as VH, the switch from Dave to Sammy, but the switch turned out great! All very well written music, for both singers. We know where the writing came from, and he was a humble, kind, human being, while being (in my humble opinion) one of the top 3 guitarists on the planet (after him, in my opinion, Joe Satriani, George lynch…) although there are many greats! I am praying for you WOLFIE. Losing someone very close, has had a lifetime of impact on me, and all that heals it is time. Stay safe, live happy without regrets, do your best to live a healthy life for yourself and your family, and do what you love. Which as all your father’s fans can see you do very well.

I am so sad and yet so happy to see that you were able to tame your immense sadness and the lack of your pop by being super creative with this magnificent and emotionally powerful title that is “Distance”.
I lost my pop in June 2022 and I understand your need to build your life and musical destiny with the immense influence that your dad must have had on you in all areas.
I listened to your dad for the first time at 6 or 7 years old from my brother who already played the guitar...and your dad's playing in my memory is still so brilliant, beautiful, positive, cheerful, effortless , hyper-creative and what's more, his music gave me a smile...until tonight.
Your talent is multiple and really in our time where music is pure commerce, you in turn offer a new, luminous and brilliant style!
Plus you have a superb voice and you know how to use it...not to mention your talent as a multi-instrumentalist. I wish you with the greatest sincerity to find happiness through music exactly like your dad did but in your own way, in your personal style and everything I have listened to from you goes in this direction.. .
It's very courageous and talented to stand out from such an immense Artist as your dad is and will remain. But above all, having also lost my pop 15 months ago, I must feel what you feel and that every child on Earth who loses one of their parents must feel too... But your dad, in his field, was able to become, through hard work, passion, talent, etc., what few people have become...
