I'm sorry but this language/dialogue state is almost a deal breaker for me. Let our imaginations believe they spoke modern English at this time so we don't have to read every piece of dialogue.

I would have bought it if it had no subtitles. I never play games with subtitles, it's distracting. it takes away from the cutscenes to look down, or during actual gameplay. very very poor decision, it's a video game, they could have spoken English, we would have understood why they didn't speak cave people, not that I'm against reading, n I'm not that lazy, it's just distracting and a potential 12 hour open world game should never have full on subtitles. plus, who wants to listen to 12 hours of "ugh ugh, ooey gooey". Dammit ubisoft, get it together. you've been slacking since watch dogs. like my momma always use to say, "make better decisions!".

If this is a game and not FC4 DLC, I am looking forward to it. It looks really intense and might end up being one of the first FPS games to utilize the Oculus Rift.

I have an issue with Far Cry being released so systematically and steadily - Far Cry 3 took years and painted an elaborate story with a character arc that was gradual and satisfying, good gameplay and shaking up the sandbox genre, this is why it was so great. It took time and effort. Far Cry 4 was rushed out in a year and it's story was majorly lacking; it added very little too in ways of plot and character (which is a shame because I really liked Pagan Min) - and now we have Primal. Im gunna hold all my assumptions but Ive got a feeling this is gunna be another lack luster Far Cry game that Ubisoft are forking out because Far Cry 3 was popular and they wanna ride a cash cow.

Oh look, another game I won't buy. As long as Ubidowngrade keep up their bait and switch tactics like they have with the graphics on the division, I am not going to give them once cent. "The Bay" is where I get my ubisoft games.

Watch...all the big franchises from Ubisoft are finally dying dry.

I want Far Cry 5 to be ambitious and have it take place in the Triassic era just for shits and giggles. It would be fiction so you would be a human with access to a whole arsenal of modern weaponry but you would be in an environment filled with dinosaurs of all kinds.
