Learn to Start a Hornet Fighter

I feel like for military persons, this may be a little scary on how accurate it truly has become with most fighter jets.

Imagine when they finally just install a push to start button like cars and it runs all prechecks and systems for you. Just shows progress on the MDI and if no warnings, it’s just power up and go

Can you make a video for beginnners on essentials to map to throttle and joystick for beginners to dcs and the hornet

Normally u would think switching turbines on and igniting the engine is enough. Commercial planes and military are so different.

As a person who knows very little about airplanes, I've no idea whats going on. Therefore great simulator!

Came across this and figured I’d check it out. You did a great job. The only thing I would say is that your cursor is very small. I want you on an iPad and I had trouble locating where you were pointing some times

The multiple rocket launch system and a lot of systems wig Reagan administration gave us the ability to fight off any enemy with Conventional Weapons

The F-18 really paid off, it was able to do everything they said it was able to do, and is continuing to do it

With the F-18 you feel the power of the force

Why post this? If this info is true, it should at minimum be classified info. How many "Learn to start a Chinese jet fighter" videos exist on the web? NONE! Because Chinese are not foolish and do not blast this stuff for the world to see... Our openness will be our undoing.........

Why is the tacan morse identifier beeping ? Do you turn it off? I often listen to vor idents but that beeping would be annoying a while . Also what is the yellow and black leaver on the left ?

This thing needs a remote start fob. By the time you get in the cockpit, the a/c is already cooling and the stereo is on blast. 🤣

Very interesting. I found myself trying to memorize the instructions as if I were your student and this was a real training flight. You have a very calming instructional voice.

As a former F14 aviator this F18 check list and preflight was much shorter then mine. Someday I hope to have a computer strong enough to run DCS with the Tomcat add-on. I miss every day my home in the sky and the people I served with. Bravo Zulu on a great simulator.

This is just my ignorant comment, but for national security reasons, shouldn’t fight jet cockpits not be shared? Even a sim?

It’s 6am in Vegas and I just learned how to fire up and launch a Hornet. Nice work!
