ОтветитьI'm new here and I have to say this is the best booty burn ever! After just 3 weeks I can feel my legs and booty strengthening and getting round again. I'm 36 and really needed this because my butt was starting to visit the ground 😄 thank you so much! Your body is amazing and really inspiring. These videos make me look forward to working out and getting into shape again. I have a lot of injuries so these easy resistance band videos are perfect for me in building up my strength.

ОтветитьI would recommend doing this in the morning, especially if you can’t make it to the gym. It will help keep your glutes active throughout the day. By doing this in the morning, rather than before bed, you’ll get the most from your workout

ОтветитьI’ll be honest, I do these after a 20 min Full body workout! I use it as an opportunity to work my booty/thighs a little extra, which is a weak area for me. Love all your workouts, Maddie! 😍
