ОтветитьMatty, in my eyes, this dish makes you an honorary Asian. Chinese/Taiwanese people make this almost 1:1, but with sesame paste. It’s called Dan Dan Mian. And a little kick of toasted, ground Sichuan peppercorn at the end makes it truly authentic. Fun fact, when my parents immigrated there wasn’t any tahini or sesame paste to be had, so my dad had to make do with Skippy peanut butter when I was a kid. He’s the best home cook I know.
