OLED Nintendo Switch vs Nintendo Switch Lite - Which is the SUPERIOR Handheld? | Raymond Strazdas

If you had a choice been the new OLED Switch and the Switch Lite? Which would you choose? I think I know the answer but I'm curious 🤔

i play mostly alone, upgraded from a 3DS and got the lite. If i had bought the OG or the OLED i would play it much more in handheld mode anyway, so i got what made sense to me.

if the lite's screen was bigger and had oled panel it would be perfect

Have you done a video on how to move between having 2 consoles? I have a switch lite but feeling i also want to get the OLED sometime soon however I don’t know how to go between the two. How do i keep my progress on one so i can pick right up on the other. Ive heard there was issues with this and that’s why others ether stay OLED or just lite but not both?

I don't have Nintendo Switch OLED .... NOT YET ..... Because I'm waiting for the Super Mario Edition in OLED ... I have NINTENDO SWITCH SUPER MARIO ODYSSEY .... NINTENDO SWITCH DIABLO III and NINTENDO SWITCH LIGHT .... all 3 I played in HANDHELD MODE ....

I picked up the switch lite during the release of animal crossing. I love it, and honestly I’m not sure if I would actually play on a larger screen.

I recently picked up my Switch Lite Pokemon edition again, which I had been using as a decoration. I missed how small and light it is, but I keep going back to the OLED screen and docking.

I already have an oled myself but share with brother and sometimes when i want get on it he using it. I decided to get another switch but i didint want play the $300 and $350 price of regular and oled switch. I figured to get the lite switch since its cheaper and from what coworkers and friends told me it works just as well as the switch but smaller. I just hope a switch lite oled or switch lite 2.0 dont come out when i get this next year. Only two things i wish they should have done when designing this was to extend the thumbsticks up a little and make the screen a little bigger. It looks like the screen could been bigger when looking at it but other than those two things i like it.

Just upgraded from my switch lite I got when it released to the oled and I'm loving the oled,beautiful display and with the option to dock so I can sit in my bed at nice and play something before I sleep more storage (not alot but it's something) just gives a better experience.

So all in all id say the original switch as its smaller than the oled by the looks of it so not as big as the oled to carry around out and about, plays as good as the lite, plus if u want it docked u can or just played in handheld.

I have both OLED and lite. Currently deciding which to keep or just use the most. I’m not a big gamer so it wouldn’t really matter. I must say I took the life away with me last weekend and it felt so nice and comfortable in my hands while playing. However, I do like the experience of playing on the tv. Since I’ve bought multiple joy cons and the pro controller. Still not sure which switch is for me yet. As I said, I loved playing handheld on the lite but I also enjoy the big screen for bigger games example; Breath of the wild and some Mario games.

what i want is "switch lite oled" size as switch lite, but with 6inch 1080p oled screen of og switch ,,that would be awesome ,,,but i know it just a dream🤣

In canada the oled one is 450 and the lite is 250. I soley want handheld so I'm not forking up an extra 150 plus tax for a larger screen can't afford it

Switch Lite is more for portability and cheaper to get for kids. Reminds me of the original GBA. I almost got one, but battery life, no rumble, and the drift issue with no easy way to fix held me back.

OLED is like a premium version with the better construction and superior kickstand. I just bought one and love it. I use it exclusively in handheld mode.
