My NUM8 key light is not working, It has became dim. What should I do? I bought it a 20 days back and this happened with me.

idk about red gear but you need to do a good job in cleaing your keyboard and for your kind information RED GEAR keyboard do comes with a software considering the time you have uploaded the video yes 2 years back also RED Gear was coming with a sofftware where you could change lighting and all well you were just dumb to press your GOD DAMN FN + prntsc key

Can I do a key remapping, because when I press "M J and I" I'm getting "M< JK IO" as if the key on the right are also getting pressed. I'm typing with with hell lot of backspacing, please help me! My keyboard got out of Warranty just a few months back.

I have the following problem with my keyboard,
1 . Just WASD, ARROW KEYS and volume knob light up, also when I try this software, it shows please insert usb device.
2. the numpad has stopped working and is I press number keys it does random stuff
4. All lights are off and I cant take advantage of the lights at all

Fantech software is not working it shows device disconnected. What to do ?

I have a weird issue with this keyboard. When the keyboard is connected, all the light will light up and go through the regular phase then settle to my preset but the volume knob light will stop lighting up. I don't think its an issue with the led cause it will light up when the keyboard is first connected.
I tried to rest all settings through the software but that didn't do anything. Any way to hard reset it manually? or any other solution I should try before returning it for replacement.

Mine says device is disconnected when i use redgear v1 and fantech v1 and v2. Redgear v2 software restarts the keyboard but there is not option to change the lighting. If you're still using this keyboard, can you please help to fix this?

Bro, this is not like redgear just rebranded fantech product, neither of the two did this thing, it's just both the companies issued the order for keyboard from the same industrial company(the company which designed the keyboard), if redgear had just rebranded the product, they would have been sued by fantech by this time, but they haven't right?
Don't just defame a good brand, I have been a redgear product user and my experience is literally top class till this date, be it joystick, mouse, headphones and now keyboard.
