ОтветитьWow this was insanely intense! It took me 2 hours and 15 minuten to complete the whole thing, needed some more breaks and sometimes a do over 😅 because I thought I did a bad job on some of the exercises.
For a lot of these exercises I need to train more, I dont have the strenght yet to do them. So goals! Hahahaha 😂
