ОтветитьWhat do you mean by "low impact"? Does this mean it burns less fat? Because it looks like a not-easy workout, but I have no motivation to do a workout that is both not easy and low impact. And I see that this description is written on many videos. I would appreciate clarification!

ОтветитьHello, Started working with you daily three weeks ago. I am sixty and love your workouts. The up and down workouts are a challenge. This stated low impact? No jumping really helps but the constant up and down is challenging. I modify as needed. Love your workouts.
