ОтветитьI love how you do your hair! Beautiful!!
ОтветитьI like to take onion, carrot and celery and boil it down in either brother or with bouillon and spoon it over rice throughout the day or just drink it as a broth. That's if I don't have time to make a soup. It'll taste a bit better, but the same principle nonetheless.
ОтветитьI love your natural hairstyles keep the variety coming 😊❣️
Ответить❤❤❤😊
ОтветитьNice to see you still posting videos Pam wonderful idea. Good luck.
ОтветитьNo, there is no scientific evidence that onions help with colds. However, onions can be part of a healthy diet that supports your immune system.
Explanation
Onion water
There is no evidence that onion water helps with colds or the flu. The strong odor of onions can cause a temporary loosening of congestion, but this doesn't mean it's helping your body heal. Drinking large amounts of onion water can cause heartburn and digestive problems.
Onions in a sock
There is no scientific evidence that putting an onion in a sock overnight helps with colds or the flu. This remedy is based on western folklore and the Chinese practice of reflexology.
Onions in the bedroom
There is no evidence that putting an onion in your bedroom helps with coughs. Cold and flu viruses are spread by contact, not by floating in the air.
What onions can do
Onions are a good source of vitamin C, which plays an important role in immune function.
The strong odor of onions can cause a temporary loosening of congestion.
Brown liquor... Honey..lemon and peppermint has been doing wonders in our family... My Granny used to make us drink garlic water also I hated that as a kid 🤢🤮
ОтветитьAwesome 🤎
ОтветитьI do that, but it has chicken broth too! Yum
ОтветитьThis is good, but my mom makes an amazing cough medicine. You take red onions, ginger, garlic, a lot of lemon and honey to taste, and blend together. Vitamix works best because it breaks down everything with no clumps. Do NOT strain as everything beneficial lies in the pulp! Drink about 6 tablespoons every couple of hours, and you'll feel amazing! We drink it as a preventative.
ОтветитьI eat a wedge of a red onion.
ОтветитьThank you beautiful lady. Onions are the stuff
ОтветитьThank you this info was greatly needed
ОтветитьBoiled onions and garlic cloves KNOCK IT OOOUT!!!
ОтветитьThis is so Bussin

IF ONE TAKES ORGANIC ELDERBERRY EVERYDAY ONE WILL NOT GET SICK
ОтветитьGrowing up we called this onion medicine a recipe my father got from his mother, he would also add lemon…. it was disgusting but it worked
ОтветитьThank you Mrs. Pam.
ОтветитьThis is lovely, growing up my dad told me viruses hate onions and garlic he always made me eat it raw when I was ill and I have to say it made me feel better the next day
ОтветитьThank you good one
ОтветитьCan I add honey to this remedy
Ответить❤❤
ОтветитьMy mother in law used to make this just with onions and a lot of sugar. This sirup was really helpful. There is also a remedy for laryngitis: Take a radish, make a hole with a knitting needle and pour sugar into it. Leave over night and drink it in the morning. Repeat several times.
ОтветитьWe grew up drinking red onion tea it worked.
ОтветитьThank you Mrs. Pam.... I'm gonna try this!!!! It just so happens that I have a cold/sniffles.... ❤😄
ОтветитьI save all my onion peals in the freezer, and then when i have enough, I either make veggie stock or onion tea.
ОтветитьDid you only add one onion? What does thyme do?
ОтветитьAdd honey and it can help soothe a soar throat too.
ОтветитьHow Much Water Pam Blessings ✌🏻🦋❤️🙏 Thank You
ОтветитьI'm making this one. Thank you.
ОтветитьOh wow! I will try this, m'am. However, wanted to know how it tastes? I'm trying it anyway😅
Ответить🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

ОтветитьUnless you're allergic to onions
ОтветитьMy grandmother use to make this for a colic baby. It worked every time. It relieved the gas on the babies stomach after it caused it to let their gas out. Baby slept all night. The Ole timers knew what they were doing. This brings back so many memories. HUGS AND THANK YOU! ❤
And no, I wasn't calling you an Ole Timer. Was just saying our grandparents knew so many things that truly worked. Those lucky ones was passed this knowledge down to us. I am so thankful!
Grandma use to sweeten it so the baby would drink it in their bottle.
Thank you woman of God
ОтветитьThank you @
ОтветитьAn old remedy for cough and cold is to chop up a large onion and pour honey over it, letting it sit in a glass jar or glass container for at least one day and then take a tablespoon or more of the juice several times a day. This remedy has been around forever and is easy to make, besides that it really works! One more tip, use raw unfiltered honey, possibly from the region you live in because raw honey still contains bee pollen and all its other nutrients which most commercial honey does not because it has been filtered and heated which destroys nutrients. Also the same goes for an onion, raw is superior to boiled or cooked.
ОтветитьHow long can u keep it ? And can u put it in the fridge?
ОтветитьYou have a lovely voice I love listening to you ⭐️
ОтветитьI just know that smells fantastic
ОтветитьThank you!
