How to Fix Spotify Something Went Wrong Please Try Again Later?

I’ve tried every method n I’m still having issues n now I can’t even log back into my account cause now I’m getting something went wrong every time I try to log back in

Use Spotify 2 r 3 times s week an out of nowhere it stop working 3weeks ago, it says something went wrong try again but it doesnt work mo matter what i try
I deleted data
I deleted cache
Tested internet
Deleted the app reinstalled
Deleted other apps to have more space
Reset phone ect ect
Nothing has work wtf lik

It became too annoying my playlists are gone
