After editing the video when I export, my Windows crashes and show blue screen. Can you please share some system requirements for Windows editing?

Don't agree with the miss leading title. One of the main and most important features of GoPro Quik, is that it automatically creates a video for you in about a min or two. Software shown here is just a full blown editor like Adobe premiere or Final cut. Bad on you.

when you export the video the quality is not very good , imovie and final cut export video in far better quality even power director exports better quality video.

Did you make this video using Capcut?

Looks good but you have to give them all your information and they pull all sorts of information out of you to sell. "When somethings free, your the product".

Oh man, I have so much gopro footage but have never found a way to actually edit it. So I never do anything with it. It's actually really depressing. I'm really hoping this changes all of that. Thanks!

It looks like a slightly simplified version of Final Cut. What I like about iMovie and Final Cut is that they graphically display which portions are used on the timeline, and if a clip is used twice. CapCut seems to show if a source clip has been used, but not which portion. Anyway good to have another free option, although I wonder if they would charge you for something or if it is a trial

Is there a watermark on the exported version of this free software?

Installed on Windows. Can save in 4k with 256 compression. No models are available. GoPro Quik is still faster than Capcut. Capcut is missing models but it seems promising. If you have time and need basic features then it could be a desktop solution. I tried several others and at the end I choosed "Filmora" that has a lot of models, big user base, monthly new models ecc.

price for desktop version? one time fee or subscription?

Gopro has literally been the hardest thing to edit for me Im not sure why but wow what a frustrating experience. Its like nothing works wow😢

I never used GoPro Quik to edit because all I thought it did was put my clips into its own edit and that's what I had to work with. I thought CapCut was just a editor for Tiktok but after watching this tutorial I will be downloading it to my computer and also buying a external hard drive for my files. Thanks for the tutorial!

Can I use GoPro Max 360 videos?

hi, i'm using gopro 11 (4k 60fps, standard bitrate) for mtb. the recordings are of great quality but after exporting from capcut artifacts appear, e.g. in the sky / earth. what am i doing wrong when rendering? I choose my bitrate at 60000 and render in 2k. somehow after using capcut it drops. the colors are also not as good as in the original video. please give me tips.

Thank you for the video, well done. Could you do a video showing how to do a video slideshow using CapCut, with backgrounds, key framing, and transitions? Was using Quik, Capcut may be better. Thoughts?

To be clear, this is more of a replacement for a traditional video editor like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or iMovie. If you have a GoPro Max, it won't do any of the 360-to-flat conversion that Quik does so people will still need to use Quik to insert keyframes and render the 360 video into something that CapCut can use. Also, it would be more fair to call CapCut "freemium" as there are a number of features and filters which are only available if you are a "Pro" subscriber.

After creating a video on Capcut from your Windows Desktop. What would be the best/easiest method to transfer that video to your iphone?

Is there like beat tempo detector and a way to mark each section of the beat as it plays so you know where to add the transitions?? Hope imade sense
